Staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay.
The room was uncomfortably cramped for a family. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny.

The hotel was beautiful and quiet, and I truly enjoyed it. Amazingly great staff who provided excellent service and was very kind and attentive, and facilities were beautiful here. The property was in the remote setting in the alacarte restaurant. Food in the main bar was outstanding.

More fun than I expected!
This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff were kind, turning my wife's birthday into a nice event. The views from the restaurant during meals were amazing. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I can't wait to recommend it to friends!

The hotel has a spectacular view on the Petra valley. The way the hotel fits into the location is well done.

The place is very nice, but it's a little out of the way. Once you're there, you just drive around. Good view if you ask for a room that faces the valley. It also has a good swimming pool and terraces. The buffet restaurant is very nice. We didn't try the other one. The breakfasts, very good. They provided us with a very good guide, with a lot of knowledge and who spoke Spanish. We highly recommend your excursion to Petra, because we started at the end of the visit, going down instead of going up to the monastery, alone, without a single tourist at 7 in the morning. After a full "presentation" tour of the area, we had time to see for ourselves what we wanted in detail.
They gave us a room with a very bad smell that they changed the next day, but they didn't have any details with us, something unimaginable in Jordan. The wifi only works in the common areas unless you become a member of Marriot. In that case you can access in the room. The regular cleaning without being serious.

The staff did not give all the Same informaton, everybody did tell us something else, about the diner, about the shuttlebus etc. And they could not give us very basic informatieontsluiting about the ferry back to Egypt, not even à telephone number. Prices for drinks were over the top! 7 euro for à glass of beer....

The staff were attentive. The breakfast was delicious, especially the authentic arabic options. Plus, the pool area offered fine views of the mountains. After a day exploring petra, unwinding with a loofah turkish bath was the perfect end to the day.

I must make special mention to my driver from the airport, whom assisted me with all my travel arrangements over my four night stay, Falah I. Fodul, whom was exceptional in his duties to assist, cleanliness of the cab, and ability to get me where I needed to go on time. Please pass on my special mentions of his services.
Too far away from Petra entrance
